B is for Blood Pressure

Why do I need the test?

The goal for most people is 130/80

 

C is for Cholesterol

Why do I need the test?
Bad cholesterol (LDL) can clog blood vessels leading to a heart attack or stroke.

How often?
Once a year

What do the results mean?
The LDL for most people is less than 100
