I had severe cracked heels that were thick and hard to the touch. I was surprised to see that by the 2nd day the skin was already feeling softer. The 3rd day even the solid areas were soft. 4 days and it has cured my problem. All that is left is dark areas where the worst was but I will continue to use for full 7 days or until the tube is empty.

Forget foot files and all other products.
