How the Cluffy Wedge Works

preloading of the hallux in dorsiflexion. By dorsiflexing the

I have been using the Cluffy Wedge under my toe with the temporary inserts Dr. Clough made for me. Since I started wearing them, the pain in my feet, especially the inner arch of my foot, has disappeared. I noticed results within a couple of days.
