Simple, cheap and effective cork heel lifts. Ideal for leg length discrepancies and Achilles tendonitis treatments. Can be placed either under or above the insole depending on footwear type. Bought two pairs, glued them togther for a cheaper alternative to expensive plastic lifts. The lifts are lightweight, have some give to ensure comfortable wear and last quite long considering they are only manufactured form cork.
Good product.

Achilles tendonitis is where the
tendon becomes
inflamed or begins to degenerate. If you have Achilles tendonitis you will experience discomfort caused by
a burning, shooting, or piercing pain at the back of the leg. read more
