This works great for hammer toes - I can wear in most shoes and I wear it every night.

I have found it useful. It doesn't fall off and separates my toes all night. I have seen some improvement but have been using a boots toe separator during the day as well.

A bunion is a bony lump on the inside of the foot next to the big
toe. They occur when the big toe is forced into a position contrary to its
normal alignment. Wearing non-constrictive footwear can prevent bunions. read more
