Colourful plastic Credo foot file with replaceable abrasive. Used to remove rough, dry or hard skin
from the feet and toes. Leaves feet feeling soft and
smooth. How to use a foot file
When using a foot file, the choice of file is very important. Coarser foot files are used for taking off hard skin and then a fine foot file should be used for buffing and polishing the skin.
Remember gently does it, it is better to do a little every day than a major overhaul.
Always file in one direction.
Only file until you see fresh pink skin. Do not overuse.
If you want a soft smooth finish change to a finer head.
Afterwards bathe the feet, then dry and moisturise.
Try to do this every couple of days until you have removed the hard skin.
If at any time you cut your foot. STOP working on that area.
Clean the file after you have finished using it and make sure it is dry.
