Foothealthcare.com is proud to offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service. Choose which items you want to buy and decide where you'd like them sent, and we'll take care of everything, making sure your items are carefully packaged and arrive quickly.We accept all credit card payments using the trusted payment provider Worldpay.


Shipping and Handling

All orders purchased from foothealthcare.com are charged at varying rates according to charges from Royal Mail, Parcelforce (UK) or DHL. These charges are based on weight, size and shipping destination.

Please note: We cannot ship aerosols or some bulky items to addresses outside UK.
       
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the entire order is returned, which contains one or more damaged/ faulty item.


Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.


Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. VAT is applied to both products purchased and shipping costs.


Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.


Delivery Schedule

The availability of an item refers to the length of time it takes before the item is available for us to send to you. For example, if we have an item in stock it will have 48-hour availability. In other cases, we may have to order the item from are suppliers or wholesalers and it may take longer for us to be able to send you your order.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.


Returns Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund. It is our policy to issue cash/credit refunds for all products returned in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase.

Please note in-shoe products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been worn. We will gladly accept your return or exchange of unworn in-shoe products if they are returned to us in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

Returns can be arranged by email or by calling us. Only return products which have been pre-authorised by one of our sales staff.

Any cost of returning items to us is the customer's responsibility. As the products will be your responsibility until returned back to foothealthcare.com we advise our customers for their own protection to use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
